Prof. Bill Elward - MBE WORKSHOP SCHEDULE Western New England University Friday May 29, 2026 9:00am – 9:30am Coffee, doughnuts Introduction to the MBE 9:30am – 10:00am General MBE Approach Lecture 10:00am – 11:00am Participants will answer practice questions for 20 minutes, followed by 40 minutes of review Practice MBE Criminal {General, Inchoate, Homicide] exam MBE Skills & Strategies for Criminal Law 11:15am – 12:15pm Participants will answer practice questions for 20 minutes, followed by 40 minutes of review Practice MBE Criminal Procedure [4th, 5th, and 6th Amendment] exam MBE Skills & Strategies for Criminal Procedure Guided Review of Criminal Procedure MBE questions 12:15pm – 12:45pm Lunch (Provided by Western New England) 12:45 pm – 2:15 pm Participants will answer practice questions for 20 minutes, followed by 60 minutes of review Practice MBE Evidence [Hearsay] exam MBE Skills & Strategies for Evidence Guided Review of Evidence MBE questions 2:15 – 2:30 p.m. Wrap Up
